About The Role
We are recruiting for a passionate Advertising and Campaign Manager who lives and breathes all things media. Whether that’s counting down the days to the Aldi Christmas advert or obsessing over a fantastic piece of experiential OOH. You’ll love keeping an eye on what the markets doing and thinking about how AO could do something similar.
You’ll sit as part of the brand marketing team, which includes TikTok obsessed Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Rachael and tea-loving Senior Marketing Manager, Shaun.
Working alongside the wider team and media agency, you’ll help define the strategy for AO, ensuring we’re outsmarting our competitors with our media investment. You’ll be equally creative and analytical, using a test and learn approach to identify and refine best performing creatives.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
o Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll help define the media strategy for AO
o Set KPIs for each campaign and measure performance against these.
o Identify key partners for AO to work with, managing outreach, onboarding, and reporting.
o Work with our Trade Marketing team on building media plans to support our campaigns and supply funded activity
o Work alongside our media analysts to measure, track and report on performance, Optimizing campaigns where possible.
o Manage relationships with key agencies and partners
A Few Things About You
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
•Previous experience in managing media budgets and plans with the confidence and knowledge to take ownership for strategy.
•Consistent track record in delivering campaigns that meet or exceed the agreed KPIs, ideally with a background in retail.
•An energetic, strategic thinker who can see the bigger picture, as well as being on top of the day-to-day detail.
•A people person who can build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
