More About the Role
The 3D Producer manages a team of 3D artists focused on innovative digital content, including interactive video, VR and AR applications.As an expert in the field you will drive innovation ensuring AO maintains its reputation as a market leader in customer focused content.
He or she works closely with the creative manager and other stakeholders to define a project’s technical approach and manage timescales.
Here's What You Can Expect to be Doing
Responsible for the main technical systems and pipeline for a project together with the team.
Identify and help tackle the main risk areas for a project.
Define the technical design for the main elements of a project together with team leads.
Drive innovation.Closely work with the leads of the other disciplines, web and UX designers,
Front and back end developers, Creative Manager and Dept Manager and with the stakeholders of the project.
Ensure projects remain on track and are delivered to plan, reporting weekly on progress.
Collaborate in the overall planning of a project.
Be proficient and proactive in organizing and planning.Inspire and motivate the team to meet project quality levels and deadlines.
A Few Things About You
3+ years experience managing lead artists.
Strong knowledge of 3D production pipelines
You are passionate about new technology.
Success with effectively and quickly building relationships and establishing trust among team members and peers.
You are comfortable with working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Confident with asserting opinions but open to feedback and differing perspectives.You are capable of communicating in a clear, open, convincing, and inspired manner.projects before or you have an intimate knowledge of what has been happening in the field so far.
You have a very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.Working and technical knowledge of Unreal and / or Unity and a demonstrated proficiency with Maya, 3DS Max or C4D is preferred but not essential.
